Children of Zeus/Jupiter
- Aerokinesis
- The ability to fly is common with these children.
- They are able to sense air currents, air pressure and structures, and can manipulate them.
- They are able to control the winds, and those skilled and powerful enough are capable of creating devastating wind speeds.
- They can sense wind magic, and certain children can control the minds of wind spirits.
- Atmokinesis
- They can summon thunderstorms, rain clouds and tornadoes, the size depending on the power of the demigod.
- Electrokinesis
- Some or all demigods of Zeus can control and create electricity. They can also withstand electric shocks. Children of Zeus tend to give people electric shocks when under distress.
- Children of Zeus can call down powerful bolts of lightning to strike their enemies.
- Some can create electricity, though those with skill are able to deliver dangerously thunder-like results.
- While electric shocks harm others, these demigods are immune to harm from electricity. They are in fact revitalised by it, and find their abilities enhanced after contact with electricity.
- Enhanced Leadership Quality - Many children of Zeus feel that they should be the leader of whatever group they are in, as their father is king of Olympus. They are also all natural-bor n leaders and tend to assume leadership in groups.
- Many children of Zeus are power buffs, and can be quite bossy.
- Hunger for power is often a fatal flaw.
- They can communicate with eagles, and are treated as lords of the air by them.
- These demigods can breathe comfortably in the highest reaches of the atmosphere.
Children of Hera/Juno
Hera/Juno does not have any mortal children as she is the goddess of marriage and family. She can't go around having affairs with mortals, for that's her husband's job.
Children of Poseidon/Neptune
- Hydrokinesis
- They are able to breathe, and essentially live and survive, underwater.
- They are immune to water pressure, and can manipulate it.
- They have a higher resistance to fire and burns.
- They are able to summon water, including from petrified sea shells or any sea-based fossil, but summoning from greater distances requires more skill and power.
- The most gifted children of Poseidon can not only summon water from elsewhere, but can generate water when there is none.
- When they are in salt water, they always know their exact nautical coordinates. It doesn’t change if they are in water or on a ship or boat.
- They are able to create air bubbles underwater for people who cannot breathe underwater.
- Though extremely physically draining and potentially lethal, they can utilise their own body water content to create explosions.
- Some can change the nature of the water to become as solid or liquid as necessary.
- Their control of water is only limited by their own power; they can shape, manipulate and command water to do virtually anything, as water is the most versatile element.
- When underwater, they can communicate telepathically.
- When they are underwater, they can see in the darkness.
- They can naturally detect if water is fresh or saline.
- Some may have the ability to walk on water.
- Water revives them physically and mentally, curing most poisons and healing all wounds, and drastically enhances their speed, strength and abilities, thus they are almost virtually incapable of being harmed in water.
- They can telepathically communicate with horses, sea creatures, and deities from their father’s domain, and are often treated as princes of the sea.
- They have the telekinetic ability to control boats and ships. They also know exactly how to work the boats and what all the parts and pieces do.
- Geokinesis: Some are gifted with limited amount of control over the earth, and are able to create earthquakes, as children of the Earthshaker himself. More skill is required to create larger earthquakes.
- Atmokinesis: They can create relatively small but powerful hurricanes and storms to attack others or they can use it for defense. This, as well as geokinesis, takes a very large amount of energy.
Children of Demeter/Ceres
- Chlorokinesis: They have the ability to control plants and spur them to grow and fight their battles. The children of Demeter/Ceres frequently use their powers to make their cabin look good.
- They are natural cooks.
- The children of Demeter are naturals at growing plant life.
- They can communicate with plants.
- The children of Demeter can grow plants in the strangest of places, but the plants will die once the child is away.
- They create the sweetest of fruit, and can enchant the fruit they grow.
- Some children are gifted with the power to change the nature of a fruit: Making healing go faster, inspire battle rage, curse one with lust, etc.
- The most experienced children of Demeter can talk to the wildlife and understand what the animals around them are saying.
Children of Ares/Mars
- They all have enhanced strength, swiftness, and have a special affinity for all kinds of combat.
- All children of Ares are able to instinctively use any and all weapons, from blades to heavy artillery.
- They have an affinity for war strategy.
- They have the ability to curse the weapons of their opponents (ex. turning arrows into rubber).
- They can also inherit their father’s manipulation of fear. They can stir sheer terror in their enemies in battle, and the greater the fighting spirit, the more powerful the feeling of fear they can create.
- These demigods are sometimes blessed by their father in battle, temporarily going into a battle rage and becoming invulnerable, the event usually called "Ares Blessing"
- Many children of Ares seem to prefer outright aggression or confrontation rather than any other solution.
Children of Athena/Minerva
- They are experts at strategy, particularly that of war, and are skilled tacticians.
- They are often naturally skilled in armed and hand-to-hand combat, and think extremely fast in battle.
- They possess high intelligence and are unusually clever, generally being very studious, and are known to be equally wise.
- They are extremely perceptive, observant, and sharp.
- Most are particularly handy with gadgets, crafts, and engineering.
- They tend to be level-headed, and prefer to remain calm even in dire situations.
- They pick up new skills relatively easily.
- As children of Athena, they have a particularly strong moral compass, and fight ferociously for the side of the just.
Children of Apollo
- Their songs can be considered a prayer to their father, and some are able to use this gift to heal physical wounds.
- They are sometimes gifted healers, but thrive in the field of medicine regardless whether or not they are gifted with this trait.
- Adversely, some children of Apollo are born with the ability to cast plagues.
- They can curse others to only speak in rhyme as Apollo is the god of poetry — though many children are good poets themselves.
- They are expert archers, and can enchant their arrows, and excel in long-ranged combat.
- They are skilled in physical contests and games.
- They excel in music and the arts; different demigods are better at different fields.
- They are usually skilled musicians.
- They are natural healers, and are skilled at tending to wounds and illnesses.
- Some possess a limited form of photokinesis (controlling light), and this ranges from creating blinding flashes, shields of light, to using light to heal.
- A few of Apollo’s children possess a limited form of precognition.
Children of Artemis/Diana
Artemis/Diana doesn't have children, for she swore to be a virgin goddess. But she does have companion, pack of maiden consist of mortals, demigods, nymph, et cetera, who swore to reject boys for the rest of their life, and loyalty to Artemis.

- They have a silver aura and are stronger, faster, and more accurate than the average demigod, nymph or mortal
- They are gifted with excellent ranged capabilities and hunting skills
- They possess eternal youth as long as they don't die in battle or break their vows of rejecting boys
- They cannot die from natural causes (illnesses, age, etc.), but they can be killed
- They carry magic silver bows, arrows, and two hunting knives, which appear whenever they are needed by the Hunters
Children of Hephaestus/Vulcan
- Expert builders.
- Expert mechanics.
- Can sense machines, mechanics, or metal.
- Can identify machinery type and use by touch, and exceed the Athena cabin in their engineering skills.
- Gifted with technokinesis, and can usually communicate with machines and automatons. The more skilled children can often control them.
- Pyrokinesis is a rare ability that Hephaestus blesses one of his child with every few hundred years.
- Can sense faults in metal ore, and can instinctively detect mechanical faults.
- Can find and sense traps with mechanical cores.
- They naturally gifted blacksmiths, forgers, and metalworkers.
Children of Aphrodite/Venus
- Affinity for visual aesthetic; from personal style, to interior decorating, these children are gifted with anything visually appealing.
- A limited form of amokinesis where they can influence a form of love (usually from crushes to infatuation) and the feeling of desire, though they are unable to force true, lasting forms of love.
- Some are able to alter their physical appearance.
- Charmspeak is gifted to very few children of Aphrodite, as it enables them to command virtually anyone and everything through their voice. Combined with amokinesis, the demigods possessing both abilities are surprisingly powerful.
- The ability to speak fluent French.
- Most children are born aware of social niceties and constructs, and are skilled in manipulating them.
- The children of this love goddess have the power of empathy. They can feel the emotions radiating off of other people.
- These demigods are always physically attractive, and seduction comes easily to them.
Children of Hermes/Mercury
- These children are the best thieves, gifted with stealth, cunning, and an affinity for trickery. (Which makes them likely pranksters).
- They are usually very athletic, particularly in sports requiring speed.
- They are uncannily persuasive.
- Some have the ability to pick most locks with their minds.
- They can sense any physical traps.
- They are good with money.
- They have an impeccable sense of direction, never get lost while traveling, and always make it to their destination.
- They tend to be very dexterous and versatile, to the point of being considered jacks of all trades.
Children of Dionysus/Bacchus
- They have chlorokinesis where they can manipulate and promote plant life with their mind. They are particularly good with the vines of grapes.
- They can make wine and other alcohols with no problem, and their liquors are always the finest.
- They are capable of manipulating the states of the mind, being able to cause limited forms of madness, as well as cure it.
- These children do not experience dyslexia and ADHD like other demigods, being able to sort out things in their minds very well.
- Dionysus’ children have an extremely high tolerance for alcohol, and are immune to alcohol poisoning.
Children of Hades/Pluto
- They can sense when a mortal or half-blood that they know has died.
- They can see/sense people’s life auras.
- They can create flaming fissures of hellfire, trapping people in their father’s realm
- They can use necromancy, summoning spirits and raising the dead, and are usually able to control them. (Powerful souls are difficult to control).
- Umbrakinesis, where they can mentally generate and manipulate darkness, using it in various forms such as to surround their enemies or to disguise themselves. They are also able to see in the dark. The most gifted among Hades’ children are even able to channel the black energy to be used offensively and defensively.
- Shadow Travel, though this takes up a large amount of energy.
- They can use geokinesis; controlling the earth and rock.
- Some can use curses.
- Some can control precious metals and gems.
- They can learn to travel to the Underworld and back at will, but only the most advanced can take others with them.
- They can communicate with creatures of the Underworld that serve in their father’s domain, and are treated as princes and princesses by them.
- The most powerful of Hades' children have been known to develop previously unknown powers, as Nico di Angelo has, as the crown prince.
Children of Iris/Arcus
- They have good communication skills.
- They make excellent artists.
- They have good color coordination.
- They are good at creating art of any kind.
- They can make themselves or an object they are holding invisible. More advanced users may be able to make an object temporarily invisible without needing to touch it.
- They have free access to their mother’s messaging system.
- They can create rainbows at any time, and the most skilled of these demigods can turn them into harmful lasers.
Children of Hypnos/Somnus
- Hypnokinesis-
- They are able to manipulate the state of sleep, and by extension, dreams.
- They can induce instantaneous sleep on others, or cause constant insomnia (which is capable of causing death if held for long enough). They can often determine how deep the sleep is on their victims and themselves.
- These children can also negate the need for sleep for themselves, or for others if skilled enough.
- They are capable of making others anywhere from lightly drowsy to extremely tired and sleepy.
- They are capable of memory retrieval.
- They are capable of memory alteration.
- They can learn to control the Mist more easily than others.
- They can use a form of hypnosis due to their innate connection with the subconscious and metaphysical.
- Particularly gifted children can communicate and even travel (astral projection) through dreams, though upon waking up are returned to where they fell asleep.
- The strongest among them can trap others in the realm of sleep, sometimes so powerfully they force their victims into a coma.
Children of Nemesis
- They believe that people who are full of themselves should be brought down.
- They never forget an insult.
- They make good allies.
- The children of Nemesis are said to always get their revenge.
- Whenever they are struck in battle they become stronger.
Children of Nike/Victoria
- They are extremely competitive.
- They live for contests and never settle for second best.
- They can very focused and driven, but as a result, they are hard workers and tough opponents.
- They never turn down a challenge.
- The children of Nike are excellent at predicting a victory.
- They are skilled with axes.
Children of Hebe/Juventas
- They are highly sociable.
- They take pride in community service and happiness of others.
- They enjoy parties and feasts.
- They tend to maintain a youthful appearance throughout their lives.
- Some are also able to temporarily give the look of youth to others, or even take it away.
Children of Tyche/Fortuna
- They love games of chance.
- Some have the power to influence luck.
- Their behavior often seems random.
- They usually come out ahead.
Children of Hecate/Trivia
- Mystiokinesis-
- As children of Hecate, they are able to harness and manipulate natural energies — otherwise known as casting magic.
- This ability theoretically allows them control over virtually anything, though the strength of the spell depends on the combined talent and skill of the demigod, as well as the nature of the target. The more powerful the demigod, the stronger the spells cast, but if the target is equally or particularly powerful or large, casting spells are more difficult.
- Casting magic allows them to wield minor forms of various kineses (such as atmokinesis, hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis or geokinesis among others), but naturally not to the extent and consistency of the children born to gods of those powers.
- Their magic also gives them minor powers of healing.
- Teleportation
- Some forms of shapeshifting/transformation
- Alteration of virtually anything (depending on the talent and skill of the demigod)
- Summoning of objects, people, and sometimes even monsters.
- Their ability to use magic is extremely versatile, and can be used in infinite ways, though not all children of Hecate are capable of casting the same calibre of spells and using the same kind of magic.
- Mist Control-
- As children of the goddess of the Mist, they are born with the ability to control the Mist, and thus they are able to alter the memories and perceptions of mortals and monsters.
